New York - December 2001
Manhattan
Foolishness on top of the world: On the west side of the building, the winds were whipping up the building at near 100 mph. If not for the protective grating around the observation deck, you would not feel safe. At top right: Christina and Harrison with the Chrysler Building in the background.
At left, Kirsten and Christina at Rockefeller Center. The ice rink is extremely small; you could easily fit it in our backyard.

In the UK, I was disappointed at how small Stonehenge was. In Paris, the Eiffel Tower looks like it was built with an erector set. In New York, there were several sites that appear larger on television. Rockefeller Center was no exception.
